Analyze in Excel
The user was able to see Analyze in Excel option until last week. All of Sudden this option isnt avalaible now . What would be the reason for him not showing this option?
Check it the user still has "built" permission on the dataset. That is essential for analyse in excel.

Can you also ask your Power BI Admin if they have changed any of the tenant admin settings?
Specifically the Export to Excel and Export data settings?
