Analyze in Excel not available

I am working with published reports with a Pro Trial license and power bi for US gov. Within a report, there is no option to analyze in excel. When looking at the list of reports, the excel icon is greyed out and unclickable, saying "Analyze in Excel isn't available". I've used analyze in excel before with no issue, but the only things that are different are the trial version of pro and working in the power bi gov cloud. Any insight into why I have this issue?

    Hi there,

     

    So I have a corporate Pro License but when I select the Admin Portal, I can't see any of the options. Others in my organisation have got access to Analyse in Excel but it's not clear why others haven't
