Helper IAnalyze in Excel greyed out
As the admin of our pbi organization, I can use the "Analyze in Excel" feature of a report, but none of the other users can. I have gone through the forums and made sure all the right settings are enabled, but nothing has changed. What prerequisites could be stopping this from working? What other settings need to be enabled? This function is working for other reports, but not the current one.

If you can use this function , that means this parameter is valid and no additional settings are required , unless your users are not on your tenant .
1. Can you analyze in excel all the reports in Service ?
2. Did you assign the Pro or PPU license to these users ?
3. You can turn off the parameter then clear your broswer cache and sign out . Then sign in your account and turn on the parameter again .
