Analyze in Excel based file sharing security

Hello everyone.

I'm having a similar problem (but I think it's worse) as the one presented in this topic:

But since the one above is unactive since 2021 January I'm creating anothe one.

I have confidential information on Power BI reports.

I was give a challenge at my organization to create excel fles based on pivot tables that comes from the Analyze in Excel Power BI tool. I am the administrator of the workspace.

So I've opened my report app, created an analyze in excel pivot table based sheet and saved it.

Everything is good until I realize that if I send this xlsx file to a person that doesn't even have a free Power BI license, this person can open the file and refresh it sucessfuly.

I really need some help on how can I make the security of sharing an analyze in excel pivot table based sheets files better.

Obs: Every attempt to alter the connection configurations of the excel file based on the variables presented on the link below fails once it reverts back to the previous configutations as soon as Ihit enter on the connection configuration and pass the dialog error boxes.
