Hi guys
Let me first set the scenario:
I have different workspaces with different reports, but all report end-users are given access to their report via App using their own tenant mail accounts.
Hope you can help me understand why some of my report end-users have the Extract -> Analyze in Excel option grayed out, and most of the other end-users have the option to extract a analyze in excel file?
It seems odd that they have similar access and pro-licenses but some have restricted options with regards to Analyze in Excel and som don't.

Hello @MacJasem ! Double checking the tenent settings is a good first step. Next check the workspace permissions for those users that dont have the option enabled.

@MacJasem , Make sure this is checked at organization level or for the user you are looking for. This is under tenant setting in the Admin portal
@amitchandak i don't have access to these settings, but i wonder if this is really the issue, when some of my report end users have the option to extract an Analyze in Excel file and some don't?
Hi @MacJasem
@amitchandak GOOD ANSWER!
The level of workspace roles and licenses is one of the reasons for this, perhaps you can double check that these users have consistent permissions and licenses.
You can check if the affected users have access to the Analyze in Excel feature in other workspaces or reports.
