Analyze in Excel - GCC

sgeier4 Unsure, but I know that they just rolled out the change from ODC to xlsx so maybe that hasn't made it to GCC just yet.

Greg_Deckler I suspect the excel vs odc is the issue as from my understanding additional security was built into the excel file and was the reason for the switch. That being said, I cannot find anything that would back this up.

  You can find this note in this document: Analyze in excel
  
  Note:
  
  Analyze in Excel now downloads an Excel file instead of an ODC file. This enables data protection on data exported from Power BI. The downloaded Excel file inherits the sensitivity label of the dataset chosen for Analyze in Excel.
  
  Under this note, excel seems to do data protection for the data exported by power bi.
