Analyze in Excel (3rd party)

Hi

A client has shared with me a report ( I am outside their organisation) and has ticked the box to allow users to create reports from the underlying dataset.

Yet when i do analse in excel i get an odc file however it doesnt work . I get HTTP Forbidden with an acitivty ID.

Please advise

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
