Analyze feature in Power BI Service doesn't work

Hello everyone! 

We had a wonderful feature "Analyze" in the report view. 

When I created a report and shared in Power BI function "Analyze" worked well (by clicking right mouse button). But when I created an app with it and shared with my colleagues it disappeared. Why did it happen? And how to turn it back?

Do you and your customer all see no "Analyze function"?
