Analyze Feature Available in Desktop but not on Published Report

could you please explain further to me how to do it ? 

I checked the published report versus other published reports that i have and where the Analyze feature works properly and both settings are similar

I'm not sure what you mean by 'the analyze feature is not available when i click on the chart (same chart on Desktop) with the right button'.

Are you referring to  ‘Analyze in Excel’ ? Can you provide relevant screenshots for further investigation?
