    This issue has been raised already to Microsoft and until now no resolution. Their support engineers still trying to figure out what is going on until now.

This is your own semantic model. It hosts your report, and it connects to a SSAS data source. When you publish this to the workspace/app, the Power BI service now needs the help of an enterprise gateway to get to your on-prem SSAS source. So you need to have a gateway, it must have a connection definition, and the gateway connection user must have DISCOVER permissions on the SSAS source.
