I've tried accessing via multiple locations and they all have the above url linked so nothing works. I'm just getting a 404.
Any idea how I can download this?

Yes, that's what I did and when I click Download it took me to the error page. This no longer seems to be happening thi smorning though.

It sounds like the download link is under maintenance, so the download cannot be made. Anyway, it can be used normally now.

Can you sign in your account in Service normally ? If you can ,you can download Analyze in Excel in Service .Or if it is the first time you use Analyze in Excel , the system will automatically pop up the installation window and let you install .
