An error occurred while processing the data in the dataset.

Refresh failed:

Emission Impact Dashbaord has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

<ccon>The credentials provided for the Web source are invalid.Source at .The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: Avoided emissions factors.

  • While acessing mission report below things are applicable
    1. Access to the Emissions Impact Dashboard for Microsoft 365 will require your Microsoft 365 Tenant ID and admin access to that tenant. It may take 24-48 hours to connect to your data after credential validation.

    2. For Azure - Access to the Emissions Impact Dashboard will require your EA enrollment number or Billing Account ID, and admin access. It may take up to 24 hours to connect and calculate your data after credential validation.

     

    Please confirm if the account have required previledge.

    You web source credentials are not correct, please update the credentials and you should be good to go.

    arvindsingh802 Does it requires Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability License or we can directly use it as a CSP?
    As per my knowledge I am giving correct credentials with all the permissions.

      same tenent account should be used untill you are using B2B or public credentials

      Also please confirm if same credentail is working fine on Power BI desktop ?

    arvindsingh802 I am not sure how to use Emission dashboard for Power BI desktop.Can you share a link or document to do the same?
