An error occurred in power bi premium backend services

Hi, some days ago, my report on power bi service stopped to show some visuals. There is an error (title) above the visuals and on each visual the error is:

"Couldn't load the data for this visual

Couldn't retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later.

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details

"

I had to enable "use Azure SSO credentials for Direct Query in the gateway"

esssentially PBI was using the correct creds for refreshes, but wasn't allowed to those creds for the live connection to other models. Once you enable that setting it all worked
