Allowing all users from external organization to access a PBI app

Hi

Is there a way to allow all users from an external organization to access a PBI app?

We have an app in our PBI service and we want to give all users from a @external-company.com domain read access to it without having to invite them all seperatly or having to approve access for each user. How could this be done?

Edit: And can the external users bring their own license?
