All reports on PowerBI.com are not loading - "Loading your report"

it happens on all reports in all worspaces

I have that same problem. None of the semantic models have been refreshed and the report pages do not open. If you find any solution or information, can you share it? Thanks.

    where are you from? is this a regional/global issue?

      I am from Turkey. My report cluster is URIWABI-WEST-EUROPE-B-PRIMARY. You can see your cluster in error message. As you said, if you are in the European region, it may be caused by the servers in the European region.
