All dashboards and reports disappeared
this sounds like one for power bi https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/free/ - your reports shouldn't just disappear unless someone deleted them, are you able to to do an audit from the admin function or ask an admin to give you a report on the audit logs to see if that could have happened?

Community Championif your account is the only one, are you able to access the admin function?
someone must have changed something, but if not its worth logging a report ticket with power bi.
No, we are small organization, so we are using free Power BI service and do not even have an Azure account. Therefore, I don't have an admin role there and am not able to access any audit logs functionality.

do you have an office 365 account even if the power bi is free?
can you tell me what you see when you click on the settings wheel in power bi, can you get into power bi at all?
Dear Vanessa, thank you for the great suggestion. I think it has something to do with Office 365 account. Yes, we do have an account, and my colleague told me that our intern had been changing some settings for it on Thursday, so right before the shortage. I will work on investigating this internal issue further. Many thanks!
