Alerts on blank fields in the whole App

Hello everyone!

Is there a simple way to create alerts that points any blank fields/measures in all reports of a specific App without creating multiple alerts for each one individually? I would like to create an alerts panel that shows if there is any blank field (mainly due to updating/refreshing the datasets) in any report/dashboard that makes part of the App.

Thanks in advance

I suggested Power Automate but I am not sure if it can generate a bulk alert, give it a try.

There is another way to determine if the refresh has happened at the source level or not : Use the column dates of the tables in question or create one in Power Query. Put that date in a Card and create alert on that card.

Hi @gabrieloqm

I might be possible with Power Automate, but am quite sure that it is not possible to create a bulk alert with Power BI.

A solution maybe : you create a hiden page or dashbord where you add all the KPIs in question and Subscribe to report to receive emails right after the scheduled refresh is over. That way you have the possibility to visualise the Blank().

Hello @aj1973 . Thank you for your reply.
Actually i will be embedding the alerts page on another application, so i am trying to find a way to create this "general alert" without going report by report and kpi by kpi. With power automate is possible to run every report in the App at a given time and return any blank value and then display this on a alert dashboard (as i would do with a single report)?
