Alerts in Power BI

I have enabled alerts on few tiles in a dashboard. and sending emails to users when a metric (Sales Amount)exceeds the threshold using Power Automate through Data Driven Alerts.
But how we send in email on what is actual value of metric(Sales amount) ?

The only way I can think to get this working is you will then need to create a power bi report, which would then show the Sales amount. What you could then send as part of the power automate flow.

Hi Rajesh_Yarlagad,
We appreciate your inquiry on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
Kindly follow the steps mentioned below, which may help resolve your issue:
- Create a dataset in Power BI and ensure that the sales amount metric is included in the dataset.
- When a Data-Driven Alert is triggered, use the appropriate action in Power Automate to query the dataset and retrieve the Sales Amount value.
- Add the retrieved value to the email body.
