Alerts are not available

In my tennant alerts are not available (see image below of the menu off a card).  I have a PowerBI Pro license.  What do I need to do to get the tennant updated to be able to add alerts?

Hi @johnphillipsst3 

You have to make sure that it is a single measure and that the measure returns as a number value. Once that is done it will then show you the option for the alert.

Also the visual type should be a card or multi row.
