After Publishing app, it doesnt load

I published an app after which it said successfully published and gave me a link.

When I click on the link, i get a blank page.

Is this a known issue?

Based on my test, I cannot reproduce your issue here. I recommend you to create a support ticket for help if you are a pro user.

I tried multiple times. Waited for an hour and tried again, Tried just now . I see the same issue. 

Looks like some issue with the powerbi url?

What happens if you rather try the link provided by the App

It starts with the following: https://app.powerbi.com/Redirect?action=OpenApp&appId

Same thing. Just a blank page. But if I go to the app workspace and click on it then it shows up..

What happens if you unpublish the App and re-publish?

It will possibly change the App URL though.

Same issue. Looks like this happens when the new navigation builder is turned on. If it turn it off then the app shows up just fine.

I would suggest asking the people at Microsoft if they are making any changes to your tenant, as I am pretty sure that they might be making changes?
