Advice: best place to locate a streaming dataset

A Flow which will be executed by everyone in a Teams group writes output to a Power BI streaming dataset that everyone in the Team can use to make reports. The dataset is currently located in my own PBI online area. The team is large--125 members--and I don't want to share the dataset with that many individuals, nor do I want to have to constantly be updating the accounts the dataset is shared with. 

The Flow is failing because currently the people in the Team don't have access privileges on the PBI dataset.

Questions:

• The Flow is owned by a service account that currently is not licensed for PBI. If it were licensed for PBI, would the best thing be to force the PBI connector in Flow to use the service account's credentials to push the data into the dataset?
• Or is there a way to share a dataset with all the members of a Team? That way if they all had write access, the Flow would have permissions to push data to PBI in their name.

I think your advice is a good one. You can post your idea here. If too many people vote for this feature, Microsoft officials will consider enhancing it in the next update.
