Advanced Filtering not providing specific dates on report
I am making a report that shows monthly numbers over a 12 month period. I have entered into the " Advanced filters" the dates I am looking for but the report is giving me a different set of dates.
I have even tried to filter it and do the months individually, but i'm still getting a wierd report. You can see I tried to do a report for Oct 2021 but it is displaying the months of Dec/Jan. Also the numbers for Oct 21 are 292, but in the picture above under Oct 21 it is 572.
I need help understanding what I am doing wrong. Thank you

Hi. You might need to show us a lot more. Can you share a bit of the data model? do you have a calendar table? you also might have other filters on the page or visual that can be filtering out some months. It can be many things. The date you are using might not be directly related with the period you are using on the visual.

Thank you for your help. It was a relationship issue. I had a relationship with my "Date" table and a specific column in "Another" table. I had to inactive that relationship and start a new relationship with my "Date" table and the column that contained the information I wanted within "Another" table.
