Advance Card with Conditional Formatting

Hi - I am using Advance Cards with conditional formatting (e.g. if average value >=5.0, then colour green, if less than 5.0, then colour red). It works fine in PBI Desktop but when I publish to Service, the visual does not appear and I get a 'Learn more' error message. Unfortunately, I can't find any possible solution when I click on 'Learn more'.Visual in PBI DesktopVisual in PBI DesktopVisual in PBI ServiceVisual in PBI Service

I read on another post, that the issue might be browser-related but I've changed from IE to Chrome and had the same issue.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I did receive a reply from the Community Support Team but their post seems to have disappeared now. Anyway, the solution was to clear out my browser cache. Thank you!
