Hey there!
it means that Power BI no longer handles audit logs directly, and they must be accessed from Microsoft 365 Compliance Center.
If your audit logs are not enabled, you won't be able to see them. In the Compliance Center, check if enable auditing is on. If not this, you may not have the correct permissions. You must have Global Admin, Security Admin, or Compliance Admin roles. Also it may be that Logs are not available in your Region.
Other than this, I am not sure how to help.

i have tried to use Audit Logs (i am Admin on the power bi portal)
but when i do it i have this message
