Administration and gouvernance

Hey there!
it means that Power BI no longer handles audit logs directly, and they must be accessed from Microsoft 365 Compliance Center.
If your audit logs are not enabled, you won't be able to see them. In the Compliance Center, check if enable auditing is on. If not this, you may not have the correct permissions. You must have Global Admin, Security Admin, or Compliance Admin roles. Also it may be that Logs are not available in your Region.
Other than this, I am not sure how to help.
Hope this helps!

Hi there !
If I understand you correctly, you want a pre-built report to track user activities, governance, and administration across Power BI (Fabric), including who did what in Power BI spaces.
There are ready made solutions for Power BI Administration & Governance.
- Power BI Service Admin Portal → Usage Metrics & Audit Logs (Power BI includes built-in reports for monitoring usage, report access, and dataset refreshes.) You can export audit logs from the Power BI Admin Portal.
Navigate to:
- Power BI Admin Portal → Usage Metrics
- Power BI Admin Portal → Audit Logs (Requires Admin Access)
Another solution is Microsoft Fabric Monitoring Report (Pre-Built). It's a pre-built Power BI template for Fabric Monitoring & Governance. It tracks user activities, workspace usage, dataset refreshes, and capacity performance.
It also provides visual insights into governance best practices.
You can download from Microsoft Fabric Portal (if available for your organization).
Hope this helps!
