Admin Cannot Login to Service
UPDATE :: This seemed to resolve itself within a few hours. I was already logged in when I opened the site this morning, There was a message about needing to re-login due to a service update....

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
