Admin Access When Admin Has Left
Essentially, the admin for the portal has left and provided no information on how to log into the service as an admin. With that being said, how is it possible to become Admin for an Admin-less portal?

Power BI Admin role is requied to do this, eighter you can get that or get help from your Power BI Tennat Admin.

Hi danielpaduck ,
Microsoft 365 user administrators assign users to the Power BI administrator or Power Platform administrator roles in the Microsoft 365 admin center, or by using a PowerShell script. For more information, see Assign roles to user accounts with PowerShell.
