Hello!
In PowerBI Service, if nobody views your report for two months, then PowerBI will automatically pause the scheduled refresh. I want to know whether I can change how long PowerBI waits before pausing the refresh. For example, if I instead wanted PowerBI Service to pause the refresh after only one month of inactivity, is there a way to do that? Thank you for your help!

No, there is no way to lower the threshold. It is 2 months.
Hi @rand0mdeveloper,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum. In Power BI Service, the scheduled refresh for a dataset will automatically pause if no one has viewed the report or dataset for 2 months. At the moment, this 2-month inactivity threshold is fixed and cannot be changed or customized as already stated by @Thomaslleblanc.
I would also take a moment to thank @Thomaslleblanc, for actively participating in the community forum and for the solutions you’ve been sharing in the community forum. Your contributions make a real difference.
If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Hammad.
