Adding groups(large team) to Row Level Security in Service
Hello ,
Please suggest us in adding large memebrs into to the Role level security defined role. In our sales team haveing more 500 members , How do we add all these members into one particular role group . As we have feature to add members or group into roles. My questions
How do we create group with inluding all 500 members ?
If we add one particular email group id ([email protected]) into the role, Is that will apply RLS for each member of the group?
We have implemeted row level security to see only respective sales person details. It would be very helpful for the above questions

You can add a member to the role by typing in the email address, or name, of the user, security group or distribution list you want to add. This member has to be within your organization. Here, security group means Office 365 security group. Please contact with Office 365 administrator to create security group for these 500 members. This way, you don't need to type 500 email addresses to the role, just type security group or distribution list instead.
