Adding authors/builders in Power BI
Hello there, I have a Power BI report currently published on Service. I would like to add my colleagues as additional author/builder for the report so that she would be able to refresh the datase...
They will need Contributor or greater (so Contributor, Member or Admin) permission to the Workspace to refresh the dataset. You cannot grant other users permission to your My Workspace, so the dataset will have to reside in another (shared) Workspace.
Anonymous Hey , You have to create new workspace and add other person as admin in that then publish your report in that group .
