    Hey Anonymous ,

this document describes how to share content with users outside of your domain: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/guidance/whitepaper-azure-b2b-power-bi#:~:text=1%20The%20process%20starts%20with%20an%20IT%20administrator,group%20they%20are%20in.%20...%20More%20items...%20

I recommend sharing the content with guest users, as it is more straightforward, considering the management of "internal" users that are not really internal. If you are a small company, than I assume you are not exüerienced with on-boarding external users and keep them away from internal systems and things like that.

Sharing Power BI content with external users using the Azure Active Director integration is simple, even if it confronts you with some unfamiliar terms like Azure Active Directory 🙂

You have to pay if you want to share content, no matter if the users are internal or external. This means you have to buy licenses.

You might consider buying premium licenses like P[x] or A[x] capacities to safe buying Pro licenses. If you consider using A[x] capacities, you have to be aware of the fact, that you need your own web app, the web app contains embedded Power BI reports.

Hopefully, this helps to tackle your challenge.

    Regards,

    Tom
