Add files and reports to Power Bi Service (the get data is gone)

We work with a client who hosts their own service (gov) so we can't publish custom reports we do to their power bi service. We have to be a user in their tenant and pull them into their power bi service instead. I have always used the "Get Data" then the option where you can bring in your reports, workbooks or data but I am not seeing this anymore.

Can someone tell me how to do this now? I need a way to do add a new report into a workspace.
