Add distribution list to workspace without sending email

I want to add a distribution group containing my entire organization (~350 people) to a Power BI workspace, but I don't want to send a notification email. Is this possible?

I have tested by add my colleagues to a workspace. It is confirmed that if you add any users to a workspace, they will not receive notification by default.
