Add Co Owner to Dataset

I have a dataset which I want user to be able to refresh through a flow. But it cannot be done unless user is a co-owner of the dataset. I also don't find any option to add new user as a co-owner. Can anyone help?

The "My Workspace" it's like its name says. It's only for you. If you want to involve more than one user in collaborations or view you need to create a workspace and publish the dataset in there. That way more than one user will have permission for different things in there.

You need pro license in order to accomplish this.

  • Hi. I think there is a confusion here. The dataset will only have one owner, it can't have more. You can take ownership of a dataset and then you will be the only owner. If you want to refresh a dataset you just need to be admin/member/contributor in the workspace hosting the dataset. You can also be a co-gateway-admin if you want to modify conections or add new ones.

    Hope this helps,

I tried adding member to my Workspace but didn't find option. Looks like its allowed only for Premium users. Any other way? Basic need is to allow any other user to be able to refresh dataset.
