Actionable Report with Mincrosoft Flow

My idea : Actionable Report with Microsoft Flow.

What do you think?

Actionable Report mean to run a action by select a data on report, and run a flow.

Currently, the report can dril-down to other report.

Instead of drill-down, I hope to run a flow.

My scenario,

1. Order the product when the product may be empty soon.

2. Request a support about the issue when the issue need to fix soon.

and I hope the Actionable Report feature,

Now I do by Power BI + PowerApps + Microsoft Flow.

Power BI report embed a PowerApps app,
and the PowerApps app run a Microsoft Flow.
