Actionable Report with Mincrosoft Flow

My idea : Actionable Report with Microsoft Flow. What do you think?   Actionable Report mean to run a action by select a data on report, and run a flow.   Currently, the report can dril-down to ...

and I hope the Actionable Report feature,

Now I do by Power BI + PowerApps + Microsoft Flow.

Power BI report embed a PowerApps app,
and the PowerApps app run a Microsoft Flow.
