Action Bar Disappeared From Dataset Detail Page

I have lost the action bar at the top in one of the tenant spaces I work in. Does anyone have any insights on this?

    Hi jordanm 

     

    Could you clear your browser cache and then log out and back in and see if that works?

    Same problem here. Clearing the cache and logging out and in did not solve the problem. yesterday I still had the menu bar, today it is missing.
