Accumulated values for a streaming dataset?

Hi!

Is it possible to accumulated values in a PBI visual for a streaming dataset (realtime data)?
As I understand it is not possible with the visuals that are provided for this kind of data, but perhaps there is way using Q&A?

Please use the Q&A function in Power BI to do simple calculation.

I realized that a simple 'Count' in Q&A made the trick
