Account Analysis

I am new to Power BI.  I am looking to create a report to do some account analysis and customer recomendations.

I have data showing end user: device(s) / Service Plans / data usage / data avaiable / data overage / Servcie plan cost per device.

Our goal is to not only show the customer pervious data ussage/cost trends (that's easy), but to also be able to show them a "what if" analysis if we make updates to the service plans for devices that would lead to less overage charges and/or keeping devices on a service plan that's not required.

The idea would be to say the customer: in the recent months this is your data usage and cost, if we swithed service plans on a subset of devices we could save to X amount in cost

Hi @JeffS77

You would have to build this into your Power BI model which can be done with measures. You can then also use the WhatIf analysis to then say if it goes up by x amount how that will affect their service plans.

You will have to bring in the data and model it to get the outcomes you require.
