The issue is I want to display the same report in two different apps (This report is based on an excel data set)
I want to limit the audiance in the original app and still use some of the reports in another app.

Even if I add the users in the new app to the data set published in the old app using 'Manage Permissions' option they still cant see the report published via a link in the new app.

The method I used to publish report in the new appError users are getting in the new app
