Access to the path ... is denied (POWER BI SERVICE)

Hello everyone

I've installed the Gateway (default mode) in a server.

After setting up all the fonts, as I try to update the data, I receive the following message:

Access to the path '\\xf-uo\bl\dados\Gestão\Power BI\Produtos\d_Produtos.xlsx' is denied.

The server hasn't Office installed.

Could anyone help? How can I solve this problem?

Hi, @nasatto ,

Please run the Power BI desktop as administrator, and ensure the user who run the desktop has full control on the C:\Users\Heymana\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\User.zip file. 

Also please check if there is a virus protection software installed on the same machine. If it does, could you try instructing the virus protection software on that computer to ignore the "C:\Users\Heymana\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop" directory?
