Hello Community,
I hope you can help me with an issue I’m facing. It relates to the CPAE BOSC Dashboard, which we use to collect, summarize, and view BOSC/TMO data from the former Cargill Protein Asia Europe Group. While we are working on transforming this dashboard following the C2030 reorganization, we still rely on it for reporting monthly results. Everything worked fine until November.
Now, when I click the bookmarked link to this dashboard, I get the following message:
"Sorry, we couldn't find that app.
It may have been deleted or you may not have access to view it."
Initially, I thought this was due to metadata policy changes, but after checking with some colleagues, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
Does anyone have any idea what might have happened, how to fix this, and how to restore access to the dashboard? This issue is impacting many people, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Hello @MarcinKoz,
As per the responses above. It is likely they have just made a change to the dashboard which then changes your link URL that you were given when you first had access to this.
Or they have removed you from the access.
If you can find the email or message from the team/person that sent it to you to start with. I would drop them a message and ask them to help.
If you need anymore support please reach out. Happy to help!
Thanks,
Michael

I think somone has changed the name of the dashboard and as you confirmed from your colleagues, the dashboard is still there and working fine for them, if that is the case then i strongly believe someine has removed your name from the access list, please reach out to a person who built that dashboard and ask him/her to grant you the access again, thanks
Hi @MarcinKoz,
Seems like someone has deleted the report or app you are intending to open. Your Power BI Admin might be able to restore it if it is still within the retention period. You will need to contact your power bi platform admin.

Hi @MarcinKoz ,
There is no direct way to identify the Power BI platform admins. It depends from client to client and usually there is specific assigned team to carry out admin activities.
A quick method would be contacting your internal or client's IT team (Microsoft 0365 admin). By default, the Office 365 administrator is the Power BI administrator, but specific roles can be assigned. They can tell you who has been assigned the Power BI Administrator role in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

@MarcinKoz,
One quick thought regarding this comment (Message 5 in this thread). You need to contact the IT team (Microsoft O365 admin) as soon as possible since sometimes the retention period is only one week after which removed dasshboard will be permanently deleted and can't be recovered.

Hi @MarcinKoz,
We can't answer any questions about your specific environment.
I assume what happened here is someone deleted and republished the dashboard, which would have changed the URL.
Can you check with the dashboard owner?
