Access to dashboards/reports

Hi,

 

I have shared a dashboard with someone in my organization, but I don't want this person to be able to see and interact with the related report(s). Is there a way to disable this? He/she should only be able to see the dashboard, nothing else.

    timclaeys,

    You can edit the tiles in your dashboard, set a custom link to link the tiles to other place. Simply add the URL of the dashboard in the URL textbox, this way, the users will still be navigated to  the dashboard and they can't view underlying report.

      Thank you Lydia. But the user will still be able to click on the Report in the 'Recent' tab, in the same list as the Dashboard. How to solve that?

        Based on my test, as long as you haven't accessed the underlying report,  the report will not appear under Recent.

        You may need to create a new dashboard and set custom link, and then share the dashboard to other users.
