Access removed temporarily

Hi,

I need to remove some users from couple of  reports for Q3 . These users  have 4 RLS . I removed access to  these users but not from 4 RLS. since they can retain the access after Q3. Can these users able to  access report  since  they are still in RLS groups or  do I need to  remove them from all the RLS  as well.

Is there any way to  remove all (acess &RLS ) all in once?

You can deny the access permission to the report and dataset for these users. Please refer to this document: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-share-dashboards
