Some external users able to access report without any issue but for some users unable to access

Exmple: sateesh.krl@testorg.com and rajesh.kumar@testorg.com adding to report and able to view report and could see read pemission in report permission

But Same users adding in Report like below and they are not able to view the reoprt

mahesh.kumar_testorg.com#EXT@orgnizationnamepersons.onmicrosoft.com

vijay.raj_testorg.com#EXT@orgnizationnamepersons.onmicrosoft.com

What could be the issue and how to resolve the issue.

It seems that some external users are having issues accessing reports in a workspace that has been added to a premium capacity in Power BI.

One possible cause of the issue could be related to the format of the email addresses used to add the users to the report. When adding external users to a report in Power BI, it is important to ensure that the email addresses are correctly formatted as external email addresses.

For example, in the email addresses provided in the question, the domain name is separated from the username with an underscore ("_") instead of a dot ("."). This may be causing an issue with the authentication process, as the domain name is not recognized as a valid external domain.

To resolve this issue, you can try adding the external users to the report using their full email addresses, including the correct domain name. You can also check that the users have been added with the appropriate permissions to access the report.

If the issue persists, you can try checking the Power BI Premium capacity settings to ensure that external sharing is enabled and configured correctly. You can also check that the external users have been granted access to the premium capacity, as this may be required for them to access the report.

In summary, the issue with external users not being able to access reports in Power BI could be related to the format of their email addresses or the configuration of the premium capacity. Ensuring that email addresses are correctly formatted and that users have been granted the appropriate permissions and access to the premium capacity can help to resolve the issue.
