Acces to PowerBi

Hello,

 

I'm french, my screenshoot will be in french.

 

I want to create a account on PowerBi, i click on "Start free"

 

After i give my email i got this page :

"Please contact your admin to sign up"

 

I'm the admin and i never got an account with my email.

This is a profetionnal email with my domain.

    Hi! service-dev 

     

    This could be due to when your org created your ID they would have assigned a Power BI license. Please reach out to your O365 admin to check if the license is already assigned or not.

      Hello

      I have an admin account with a payed licence for power bi but I lost the password and the phone with authentication application.
      I tried to call Microsoft Suuport but it did not help.

      My co worker need powerbi so I want to create an other account with a new mail address.

      I need to buy an other domain to get a new email to get a new account ?
