Accept or Activate PowerBI Pro Trial Loading Screen?

Hi - When I logged into PowerBI I recieved a message to accept/activate a trial for PowerBI Pro. When I clicked accept/activate - I get taken to a loading screen which seems to just keep loading.

 

I've tried all browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari) and get this loading screen.

Can anyone help please? How do I activate the trial for 365 days?

We are aware of this issue and we are actively pushing out a fix in this week.

Hi @jiriteach

 

Have you tried clicking on the links in the bar on the left hand side?

 

Also possibly try and load it from an Incognito Window if you are using Chrome and see if that works?

Thanks. Just tried and no luck.

 

Still getting the loading screen. Have tried multiple machines, browsers and internet connections.

Any others ideas? Happy to provide my username for someone to look into this.

It seems to be same issue here.

Thanks - This takes me to https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/accept2017protrial and same issue.

Page just loads with the PowerBI loading screen. Similar to my screenshot.

I just tried again with the link provided in this thread and the extended trial has been activated successfully.
