Hi I would like to confirm about the v-cores of shared capacity.
What are responsible for core Power BI functionality and the web service for the shared capacity if there is no v-cores consept.
Premium:
Backend v-cores are responsible for core Power BI functionality, including query processing, cache management, running R services, model refresh, and server-side rendering of reports and images. Backend v-cores are assigned a fixed amount of memory that is primarily used to host models, also known as active datasets.
Frontend v-cores are responsible for the web service, dashboard and report document management, access rights management, scheduling, APIs, uploads and downloads, and generally for everything related to the user experiences.

Hi. That's kind of a black box. Microsoft says that in shared capacity workloads' analytics processing run on computational resources shared with other customers. You have your resources in a place that you won't know the cores, memory or any detail of it's capacity. You only need to follow some rules, considerations and limitations.
Shared Capacity limits: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-manage-your-data-storage-in-power-bi
I hope that helps,
