About Power BI Data Source Error

I want to publish the reports I created in Power BI Desktop to the app.powerbi.com environment and view my reports. Therefore, I first performed the installation of the gateway on the application server where our ERP application is located. Using Power BI Desktop, I connected to an Oracle DB and created a simple report. I published the report. When I tried to view it, it gave me an error stating that the gateway was not configured correctly. When I try to create a new connection on the gateway management screen, I receive an error similar to the one shown in the screenshot.
