About Free license user view access reports which were created by PowerBi PPU License

My question is simple.

My Organization provides free powerbi licenses to a few stakeholders.

I am building dashboards, I want to share them with stakeholders and embed them in multiple html pages. Can I take a PPU do all of these things 

- Sharing reports to free licensed users 

- Embed reports in HTML pages.

Please help me ASAP.

The charges for premium capacity is too hefty that many companies won't pay that much amount for BI section.

At least Pro to Free report sharing would help us a lot.

No, free users can only be shared with the report in premium capacity.

There is one way to share the report for the free license. Publish to web.

But, keep in mind that, this will show report for everyone on the internet. Before publishing a report, make sure it's okay for you to share the data and visualizations publicly. There is a risk of leaking private data, after all, it's free.

Hi @KiranBeethoju 

No, only Premium Capacity provides free licence users access to reports that have been shared with them. PPU won't do that.

Any licence from Pro upward can embed a Report in an HTML page, but users will need a licence to view it on the page. If Pto only, they will need a Pro licence, if PPU, they will need a PPU licence. Only if the Report embedded in the HTML page is on a Premium Capacity Workspace will it be accessible by users with a Free licence.

Depending on the number of users and volumes, you can use Power BI Embedded, to provide Premium Capacity facilities at lower cost per hour used. see Pricing – Power BI Embedded | Microsoft Azure
